Middle school athletics are one thing that can make a student’s middle school experience that much better. Seven Hills offers many sports for middle school athletes to try, experience and make new friends. These middle school sports include Soccer, Cross Country, Golf, Girls Volleyball, Squash, Basketball, Lacrosse, Tennis, Track and Field, and Swimming.

“I like the enthusiasm that our middle schoolers want to improve and want to win, but they don’t have the same pressure that high schoolers have,” said Coach McGarvey.
Coach McGarvey is a big influence on Seven Hills athletics. He has been coaching at Seven Hills for a total of 35 years and has really helped many young athletes.

Tessa said, ”The difference from 7th grade and 8th grade athletics is that in 7th grade I was scared because I had never done that sport in middle school, but now that I am in 8th grade, I have experience, and I can help lead the 7th grade.”
